Current Office Updates Regarding COVID-19

Clinic Policies:​

• Please do not visit the office if you have a recent fever, known exposure to COVID-19 and are in quarantine or have a pending COVID test 

• All patients and visitors > 5 years old must wear a mask/facial cover - including those who have been fully vaccinated

For Allergy Shot and Biologic Patients:​

• In order to keep the waiting areas controlled we request the following​:

  • You are welcome to call the office on arrival to decrease waiting time

  • Injection patients should wait in their personal vehicle following their injection and return to the office with any symptoms or concerns
